Brant Pickleball Shop Demo Paddle Program

At Brant Pickleball Shop, we want to help you find the perfect pickleball paddle by letting you try it out before making a final decision. Through our Demo Paddle Program, you can test some of the top paddles available in the market with no long-term commitment. 

How Does the Demo Program Work?

1.    Choose Your Paddle

Select any paddle from our demo list. To get things started, we will place a temporary hold on your credit card. This would be similar to how hotels handle incidental holds. The amount of this hold will be determined by the value of the paddle:

• For paddles under $250 (before tax), we will place a $300 hold.
• For paddles over $250 (before tax), we will place a $400 hold.

Please Note: This is only a hold and no actual charges will be made unless specific conditions apply, which are explained below.

2.    Test The Paddle Out

You’ll have up to 7 days to try out the paddle. During this time, we encourage you to take it to the court and play a few games to really get a feel for it.

3.    Return the Paddle

Once you’re done testing the paddle out, simply return the paddle to us within the 7-day trial period, and we will release the hold on your card. If the paddle is not returned by the due date, the hold will be converted into a charge.

What Happens if the Paddle is Damaged or Lost?

• Damaged Paddles

If the paddle gets damaged during your trial, don’t worry. We will only charge $100 to cover a portion of the cost. This fee will allow us to replace the demo paddle with the manufacturer.

• Lost or Stolen Paddles

In the unlikely event that the paddle is lost or stolen, the full amount of the hold will be charged to your credit card.
