30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs
True North Disc Golf does not cover duties, brokerage fees, or taxes on returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at (519) 753-7453 to start your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty and grooming products)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product following the return process. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
